Have Junk Tampa Bay

Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently asked questions

What items can you take?

We haul almost anything as long as it is not hazardous or liquid: furniture, mattresses, appliances, electronics, yard waste, construction debris, hot tubs, sheds, and general household junk. If you are unsure about a specific item, just ask.

What can you not take?

We cannot accept fuels such as gasoline, herbicides and pesticides, car fluids such as oil and antifreeze, wet paint, bleach and cleaners, pressurized containers, biohazard items, or anything located in a dangerous area.

How does pricing work?

Pricing is based on the amount of space your items take up in our truck. You always receive a free, no-obligation quote in person before any work begins, and the price never goes up afterward. We can often give a rough estimate over the phone, and demolition jobs are priced by the debris loaded plus occasional labor.

How fast can you get here?

We often have same-day and next-day availability. You book a convenient two-hour arrival window, and we call about 30 minutes before we arrive so you know exactly when to expect us.

What happens to my junk?

We try to minimize what ends up in landfills. Items in good condition are donated, recyclable materials are recycled, and the rest is disposed of responsibly.

Do I have to do any of the work?

No. We are a full-service provider, which means we do all the lifting, loading, hauling, and disposal. You just show us what needs to go.

How do I pay?

We accept cash, card, or check at the end of every job. There are no hidden costs or fees, so you will know exactly what to expect.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We are licensed and insured, so you are protected and we are qualified to get the job done right.
